Oh, this looks like it could be fun.
I need to find a secondhand set of glasses and do something with the Beagleboard. It’s a little limited on the USB side, require a powered hub though, hm.
This is pretty much the idea I had for the Beagle originally, although with glasses that Vuzix promised but never delivered (the Wrap920 was supposed to have transparent display per the original announced specs). A ubiquitous HUD’s been a dream of mine for awhile, and it seems that with wearable computing becoming more easily attainable thanks to the low-power (and low-cost!) computing developments made by ARM OEMs and board makers it may be a good time to revisit this vision.
